    /Kansas News Articles/ - LEAWOOD, KS, June 17, 2007 - McCusker & Company announced today that it has completed its proposed acquisition of MACHINE BUDDY a private service company.

In line with its previous announcement in September 2006, the Machine Buddy business will operate under of McCusker & Company LLC commercial operations. McCusker & Company announced that it financed the transaction with cash.

The purchase also gives McCusker & Company access to Machine Buddy's specialty field force which has a 100% customer satisfaction rate, service management software and billing systems which should lower overall claims to the company's underwriter. McCusker & Company's clients will benefit from Machine Buddy's infrastructure.

McCusker & Company says it will keep all of Machine Buddy's staff and will operate all the operations at its offices in Kansas.
