McCusker and Company LLC 's commitment to build and maintain a strong and dynamic management team across its unique portfolio of businesses today announced the promotions and appointments of two key executives.

Bill Rathbone has been promoted to Vice President of Operations at McCusker and Company LLC. Rathbone joined the McCusker management team nearly 5 months ago as National Service Manager. He has more than 25 years of operations management experience, including management positions at Corporate Advice Group, CompUSA and other industry related companies in Dallas Texas area. In his new post, Rathbone will oversee national service relationships, field and depot service operations, extended warranty contract and claims data record management.

"Bill has done a great job as National Service Manager for McCusker and Company over the past few months," said Will McCusker, President and CEO of McCusker and Company. "Performance has increased dramatically since Bill took over and positive results have also increased dramatically. This promotion is well deserved; day-to-day operations are in good hands with Bill at the helm in Operations."

Katie Ware has joined the McCusker and Company LLC management team as Director of Client Services. Most recently, she was with the company Sigma Valves a specialty valve manufacturer in Dallas Texas. Prior to that, she was the director of warranty and underwriting clients programs at Paragon Development and assistant marketing director for Beyond Warranty a McCusker Consulting Group Company.
