Financial Connections Group, Inc. and Advisor Impact, Inc., today announced the findings of their recent private Client Audit.
LEAWOOD, KS, July 15, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Financial Connections Group, Inc. and Advisor Impact, Inc., today announced the findings of their recent private Client Audit. The Client Audit is a third-party client survey program that helps financial advisors gauge client satisfaction and identify specific areas for improvement, according to their existing clients.
Clients who participated in the survey regarding Financial Connections Group Inc., a Bay Area financial planning and wealth management firm, gave the firm an overall satisfaction rating of 99 percent. More importantly, according to firm founder Jill Hollander, MBA, CFP(R), is that they received a score of 99 percent on "I am confident in the skills of my advisor's team," which is the category she believes matters the most.
In addition, 93 percent of respondents indicated that they had a strong personal relationship with their advisor; that the written communications they receive are valuable; and that the advisor provides value above and beyond investment management.
"It's good to validate what we suspected would be true. Ratings like this help us know that we are doing a good job for our clients," said Hollander. "The study also showed that we have a higher than average number of clients who have been with our firm for ten years or more. For any service firm, client retention is a key concern. To get and keep clients, entrepreneurs have to constantly look for ways to improve communications and service delivery. The fact that our overall satisfaction rating was extremely strong, according to the survey, is immensely satisfying," she said.
"We wanted to gain a better understanding of our clients' needs and to identify any areas where we could improve our service," said Financial Connections principal Brian Pon. "The survey reminded us that different clients have different needs and expectations. This helps us to customize how we communicate with them."
